About Alexandria Weaselwise Busen
Alexandria Busen is a fifth generation fine artist and St. Louis Missouri native, as well as an avid forager, nature enthusiast, insect lover, Medical Aesthetician and practitioner of alternative medicine and healing. Her Gypsy soul led her astray from her family Foxtrotter farm at an early age, and in her semi-permanent travels, she has called a plethora of enchanting cities home including beautiful Naples, St. Augustine, and Amelia Island FL, the whimsical southern coast of South Carolina, the harsh winters and "Lord of the Rings-like" summers of North Eastern Pennsylvania, and in the newly flourishing yet deep-in-tradition Piedmont of North Carolina. Her love of the woods, wit, and restless nature earned her the nickname "Weaselwise", and her watercolor and oil paintings reflect her fascination with the many things she has encountered in her travels: with a weasel's eye view.
